The ideal candidate has previously worked in a repair shop and is confident repairing a wide range of smartphones and tablets, including iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and others. This role requires not only strong technical skills but also the ability to interact with customers, explain repair needs, and provide accurate quotes. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on all major smartphone brands Perform high-quality repairs with speed and accuracy Take in devices, assess damage, and provide clear repair quotes Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, timelines, and costs Sell accessories and promote services when applicable Maintain a clean and organized workstation Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, and component. Troubleshoot devices Use specialized equipment to test device functionality and ensure quality standards are met Provide support to customers in-store. Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices carefully to avoid damage during repairs Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting procedures for quality assurance Skills Experience with hardware components related to mobile device repair. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, spudgers, tweezers. Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide clear technical support in retail or field service settings Familiarity with electronic testing equipment used in device repair processes Embark on a career that combines technical mastery with hands-on problem solving!
