This is ideal for someone already working in construction, maintenance, waste management, hauling, sanitation, or related trades who wants extra income and can manage their time alongside their existing work. You'll install, service, and repair trash chute systems at apartment communities, commercial properties, and construction sites — delivering quality workmanship while representing our client professionally on-site.

Honest heads-up: this is physical, dirty work at times. You may encounter foul odors, trash buildup, leaks, pests, and unsanitary conditions. We're looking for people who can handle unpleasant environments professionally and safely — without complaining or cutting corners.

If you've worked in waste management, garbage collection, maintenance, demolition, restoration, or similar industries, you'll likely be a strong fit. Responsibilities Install and service trash chute systems Remove damaged chute components and replace parts Work around trash rooms, dumpsters, compactors, and waste areas Use hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized job sites when work is completed Follow safety procedures and communicate professionally on-site Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements Qualifications Comfortable working in dirty or foul-smelling environments Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to show up on time and complete jobs without constant oversight Good communication skills and a professional attitude on-site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with a chute manufacturer or chute installation company (highly preferred) Construction, maintenance, waste management, demolition, restoration, or labor experience Flexible availability to take jobs as they come in
