Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and showers Troubleshoot water heaters, including identifying error codes and replacing faulty parts Perform minor repairs and service work; assist with or complete full installations when needed Identify and communicate additional service opportunities to customers (optional upselling opportunity) Maintain accurate documentation of completed work Provide excellent customer communication and service on every call Qualifications Minimum 2 years required Valid driver's license Strong diagnostic and communication skills Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to customers Experience with both service and installation work preferred Ability to upsell or make minor sales is preferred Experience with ServiceTitan preferred. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and residential environments.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders as required.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
