This role is responsible for installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining a wide array of brands and types of arcade machines. The Arcade Technician should understand how each machine operates and how to troubleshoot problems. The position requires technical and electronic knowledge and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position also involves transporting machines and assembling the machines by using meters, electrical parts, hand tools, and soldering irons.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Arcade Technician, here is what you would be responsible for: Install and set up new games and equipment. Maintain and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade game machines. Modify complex systems or undertake diagnostic or mechanical tests. Diagnose issues, perform routine and preventative maintenance, work with hand tools, and comply with safety procedures. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Transport machines and assemble the machines. Perform cleaning of arcade machines. Assist guests in the arcade and provide customer service support as needed. Monitor the floor to prevent damages from occurring during operation. Assist in emergency situations as needed. Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Required Skills:

Arcade Attendant:

Must have at least one year experience in electronics and machine repair. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be available weekends.
