Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics on mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms, to identify hardware and software issues Repair and replace components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry using hand tools and soldering techniques Troubleshoot operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve software glitches and update firmware Use schematics and technical manuals to analyze device layouts and perform precise repairs on circuit boards Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure devices meet performance standards before returning them to customers Provide technical support for field service calls, retail sales assistance, and customer inquiries regarding device functionality Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken for each device Qualifications Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets with proficiency in soldering and component replacement Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for electronic devices Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for complex repairs Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic software to perform precise repairs Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and determine effective solutions Prior experience in field service or retail sales environments is a plus but not required Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members Embark on an engaging career where your technical expertise transforms mobile technology into seamless experiences!
