Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic / Technician to join our premier repair shop specializing in luxury European brands such as Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-performance vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive top-tier service, keeping their vehicles operating at peak performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on powertrain components including transmissions, engines (including diesel engines), and drivetrain systems. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems. Conduct wheel alignments and calibrations to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating processes for repairs and maintenance services to facilitate accurate billing and transparency. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background working on luxury European vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain repairs, and transmissions. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, vehicle schematics interpretation, and advanced automotive repair techniques. Experience working with GM vehicles or diesel engines is a plus but not required. Service technician experience demonstrating the ability to handle complex repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, welding techniques, auto estimating software, and general maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle troubleshooting and repair tasks.
