DOE About Med One Group:
Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a Biomed Repair Technician to join our team of experts assembling, maintaining, and repairing various pieces of medical equipment at our Sacramento, CA location. This is a full-time position (schedule).
Essential Functions:
Test the functionality of equipment and perform accuracy, sensitivity, and selectivity measurements for all equipment in the Med One warehouse. Assemble, clean, calibrate, repair, and maintain various types of medical equipment quickly and efficiently. Complete courses and certifications recommended by the supervisor to ensure competency and expertise in equipment servicing. Work in a team-oriented, hardworking, and supportive environment focused on completing assignments efficiently. Provide additional support as needed by assisting with the delivery or shipment of medical equipment to hospitals. Assist hospitals on-site with setup, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of medical equipment. Interface with hospital systems and other customers as needed. Full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required based on workload.
Job Requirements:
Associate's degree in Electronics, or a related field. 4?5 years of experience repairing and maintaining medical equipment, including infusion pumps, patient monitors, ventilators, and hospital/bariatric beds. Proficient in reading schematics and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical manuals. Passionate about the work and inspiring others to stay motivated and engaged. Dependable, highly self-motivated, and committed to quality work.
