Job Description

LBP Dog Waste Services is seeking a reliable Dog Waste Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an independent outdoor position servicing residential customers throughout the Sacramento area. Technicians drive company vehicles, clean residential yards, communicate professionally with customers, and help maintain the high standards that our clients expect.
Compensation:
$20/hour during paid training $22/hour once independently servicing routes Monthly performance bonuses available Top performers can earn the equivalent of $24-$25+/hour Availability to work Monday-Sunday / •Weekend work available!
Responsibilities:
Scoop dog waste from residential yards Safely enter and exit customer properties Communicate professionally with customers when needed Drive company vehicles between service locations Follow company procedures and quality standards Work independently and efficiently throughout the day
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in the heat as well as in the rain Comfortable working around dogs Able to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
