• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Conduct ammonia refrigeration system maintenance
• Assist in equipment design and installation
• Handle plumbing and appliance repair tasks
• Drive company van to service locations Experience
• Proven experience in field service and property maintenance
• Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
• Experience in equipment design is advantageous
• Skilled in plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• This job is a hourly and commision based job.
