AAA Tow Truck Drivers & Roadside Service Technicians

We are looking for tow truck drivers and roadside service technicians to perform Towing & Roadside Assistance for AAA members in the city of San Diego, California. Must have experience. Full time position available. Shifts include nights, weekends and/or holidays. Candidates must possess the following skills and be able to perform the following tasks:

• Valid California driver's license and clean DMV record.
• The ability to communicate with the public and law enforcement in a professional manner.
• Be on time and efficient.
• Be able to load/unload vehicles on/off towing equipment (ability to lift 50 lbs minimum).
• Be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age and older We are looking for someone who is self motivated, energetic and able to work without direct supervision.
• Pass a background check.
• Once hired, be willing to attend AAA Certified Training Classes.
• Once hired, be able to work flexible hours and enjoy overtime opportunities.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
