We are currently seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to add to our Service team. This is a full-time opportunity, working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4pm. Responsibilities 1. Successfully Inspect, Diagnose and Repair Agricultural and Construction Equipment 2. Assist in the creation of Repair Estimates 3. Communicate Repairs needed to Service Advisor, Foreman, or Manager 4. Maintain efficient work pace throughout day 5. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Qualifications 1. 5+ years' experience, required 2.Technical Mindset and Skills 3. Good written and verbal communication skills 4. Organizational skills 5. Self-Motivation 6. Ability to learn and retain product or service knowledge 7. Ability to work in a team or independently 8. Applicant must supply own tools if Journeyman or Master Level Technician, special tools provided by Berchtold Equipment Co. 9. Valid Driver's License is required 10. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required 11. High School Diploma Other Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications 1. Graduation from a Technical Service School (UTI, Wyotech, Bakersfield College etc.) 2. New Holland, Kubota or Bobcat Equipment Repair Experience 3. Experience using Electronic Diagnostic Tools & Software 4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Benefits and Compensation 1.
