You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and driving revenue through accurate recommendations and estimates. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems Provide clear estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
