Golf Club Repair Technician Job Type:
Non-Exempt Part-Time Total Weekly Working Hours:
30•33 hours
Set Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Monday 9:30 AM•6:00 PM (8-hour shift), Sunday 12:30 PM•6:30 PM (6-hour shift) Requirements Club Fitting knowledge and Club Repair experience (Preferred) Golf experience: minimum 3 years (Required)
Customer Service:
minimum 1 year (Required) Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members, embracing the "Sure No Problem" philosophy Prior knowledge of club fitting and club repair is preferred Ability to work with chemicals, fumes, and shop equipment safely Basic knowledge of inventory management for parts and tools Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Duties & Responsibilities Perform club fitting and repair services tailored to customer needs Operate shop equipment safely and follow company procedures Complete repair orders and documentation accurately Maintain strong knowledge of club-making techniques and product features Support inventory management, restocking, and organization Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively Assist with general store operations as needed Benefits Employee Discount (after 2-month probation period) Possible staff sponsorship program

$19.00•$25.00 per hour
