Maintain detailed records of all service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each task. Collaborate with team members to resolve challenging technical issues related to computer networking and mechanical systems. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or repair technician with a strong background in field service operations. Proficiency with hand tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Solid knowledge of computer hardware repair, maintenance procedures, and basic computer networking concepts. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Experience working with low voltage electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical components safely.
