Job Description

Hiring - Maintenance Technicians - Denver, CO This is an opportunity to join a high‑performance maintenance team within a cutting‑edge, fully automated facility. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be a critical contributor to Operations Maintenance , ensuring advanced material handling systems, pneumatic equipment, and automated distribution technologies run safely, reliably, and at maximum efficiency. You'll also play a key role in developing junior technicians as they grow their technical capabilities and progress in their careers.
Shift/Schedule:
1st or 3rd shift, 4 x 10 hour shifts
Pay:
$32.50 - $35.50/hr (opportunity for advancement)
Skills/Qualifications:
2+ years of Maintenance, Commercial Electrician, or HVAC Technician experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environments Experience working with material handling equipment, conveyors, motors, or mechanical/controls systems Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied work areas
Job Description:
Perform routine and advanced repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, pneumatic components, and automated conveyor systems to ensure reliable operation. Install, troubleshoot, and service automated packaging, conveying, and distribution technologies to minimize downtime and optimize throughput. Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of industrial equipment. Participate in new equipment start‑ups, commissioning processes, and integration of new automation into existing production lines. Provide hands‑on training, technical guidance, and skill development to entry‑level and early‑career maintenance technicians. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices while promoting a safe working environment for the entire team.
