Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and manlifts, ensuring proper use and safety. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently. Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting tradespeople as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate protective gear to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Perform additional duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor to support project success.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or manlifts is preferred. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
