Our commitment to quality service ensures that our customers enjoy their purchases for years to come. Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Hot Water Productions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing hot tubs and saunas, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and saunas to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals. Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs or upgrades. Conduct electrical troubleshooting, utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for accurate diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Supervise junior technicians or apprentices during service calls when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems and components related to hot tubs and saunas. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively. Experience in welding or fabrication is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
