As a Drain Service Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer issues, ensuring customers receive honest, high-quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair drain and sewer line issues using advanced equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting, and camera/locate technology. Evaluate underground utilities, identify root causes of problems, and provide customers with clear, accurate job estimates and solution options. Deliver professional, courteous service and maintain clear communication with customers throughout each project. Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company standards for safety and quality. Prepare detailed invoices and documentation for each job performed. Qualifications Proven experience in drain cleaning service within residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and estimates clearly to homeowners. Valid drivers license. Knowledge of local plumbing codes is highly preferred. Personable, ethical, and dedicated to delivering a 5-star customer experience. Compensation Competitive compensation including a base hourly wage plus performance-based cash incentives. Offered compensation:
$25/hr - $28/hr Experience and License Requirements 1 year of drain clean experience with running sewer snakes, jet rodding, camera/locate eqmt Customer Service/Sales Experience (optional)
Valid Driver's License Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
