The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in machine setup, operation, and adjustments, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Operation:

Proficiently set up and operate CNC machining centers.

Troubleshooting:

Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes as required.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Utilize blueprint specifications to choose tools, set feeds, and determine speeds.

Quality Inspection:

Utilize precision hand tools to inspect machined parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Workplace Maintenance:

Keep work area clean and organized, including tools, equipment, and machinery.

Tool Management:

Monitor tool inventory and reorder as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in CNC 5-axis milling setup and operations.

Physical Capability:

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Independence:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
