If you're driven by sales goals, enjoy fixing and repairing devices, and want to earn uncapped commissions , this is the role for you. What You'll Do Sell with impact: Drive accessory sales, upsell add-on services, and convert repair inquiries into paying jobs — with substantial commission opportunities tied directly to your results Perform repairs: Replace screens, batteries, and other components on iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Samsung, Android, Motorola, tablets, laptops, and gaming PCs Support customers: Provide helpful answers to device questions in-store and over the phone, creating a positive and memorable experience Own the sales process: Work with our POS/ticketing system to check in devices, manage repair tickets, and close out customer purchases Be the face of our shop: Represent our brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism What We're Looking For Proven ability to sell and meet (or exceed) sales goals Strong communication and people skills Interest and experience in technology Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow with the business Why Join Us Base pay + uncapped commission potential — your earning power is in your hands Clear opportunities for advancement as the business grows Hands-on training in tech repair and sales A team-oriented workplace where your work is recognized and rewarded
