Cell Phone Repair Tech & Retail Sales (Hourly or Profit Share)

Competitive Hourly Base OR Profit-Sharing Partnership About the Role We are seeking a reliable Cell Phone Repair Technician / Sales Associate for our Waterbury storefront. We offer a unique choice in how you earn: stick to a stable hourly wage, or maximize your income through an entrepreneurial profit-sharing model.
What You'll Do Repairs:
Diagnose and fix smartphones and tablets (screens, batteries, charging ports).
Carrier Services:
Process phone activations, plan upgrades, and customer bill payments.
Sales:
Connect customers with the right device accessories (cases, screen protectors, chargers) to protect their tech.
Service:
Deliver friendly, professional customer service and keep the store looking sharp. What We're Looking For 1+ years of hands-on experience repairing smartphones (iPhone, Samsung). Experience with wireless carrier activations, prepaid systems, or retail POS/cash handling is a major plus. Trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable managing the storefront independently. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Pay Options Option A:
Guaranteed, competitive hourly rate based on your repair and sales experience.
Option B:
Hybrid partnership model (Base pay + a direct percentage of store profits to reward your sales and repair growth). This keeps it brief but ensures applicants know they'll be wearing both the "technician" and "sales" hats. Ready to drop right into Indeed!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
