Position Summary:
As a Watch Diagnostician specializing in estimating maintenance within strict guidelines, you will conduct detailed inspections, perform minor precise repairs, and ensure optimal performance of timepieces according to quality standards and Breitling guidelines. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, calibrating watches, maintaining tools and workstations, and providing excellent accurate estimations. You will also support operational and collaborative tasks within the workshop, follow repair procedures, and participate in continuous learning to stay updated with internal requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Conduct detailed inspections of timepieces to identify mechanical, electronic, or aesthetic issues focusing on warranty work for both sales and service including mandatory/optional items required in accordance with Breitling guidelines Provide quick service repairs / partial intervention repairs and stock maintenance to products up to their technical trained level through disassembling of each to clean, lubricate, and replace worn parts where necessary Have a good understanding of equipment and tools, maintaining and using them in a safe and appropriate manner Calibrate & regulate watches using precision instruments to ensure they meet specific accuracy standards Conduct timekeeping accuracy using analyzing machines and or other diagnostic tools Responsible for the organization of their own workflow within Breitling's standards Must maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop and admin departments Maintain an accurate repair estimation through our internal ERP system, ensuring all information is entered correctly and timely Coordinate with Workshop Manager, Watchmakers and Spare Parts Coordinators to ensure quick turnaround time of repair, checking due dates, backorders, special promises, warranty obligations, and returns Promote the company values Read and understand all of the customers' requests and or instructions Provide reports when needed on the cause of any warranty repairs or customer complaints Ensure you meet the agreed weekly production levels according to the companies Standard Times of Operation Carry out other administrative and technical duties as required by the
