Starting at $15.00 per hour , depending on experience. Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cell Phone / Tablet / Laptop / Game Console Technician to join our growing repair shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops, game consoles while assisting customers with their repair needs. If you enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops, game consoles Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other components Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices Perform quality checks to ensure repairs are completed properly Assist customers by explaining repair options and device issues Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers Maintain repair records and manage inventory of parts and supplies Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or laptops preferred Knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality required Soldering or microsoldering experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information Our shop experiences both busy and slower periods throughout the day. During slower times, team members are expected to assist with customer service, organization, inventory management, cleaning, and other shop-related tasks. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
