Logistics & Repair Service Technician (Mandarin Speaker Preferred)

We have opportunities… Forbest Products Co, is looking for full-time Supply Chain & Repair Service Technician at our Newark, DE location to process and manage inventory , shipment , provide customer support , and product testing and repairing !

You will be able to:

Engage in a fully training program to teach you what you need to know and what you need to do( invest in you ) Help process shipment during your entire shift from different customers and different platforms ( get variety ) Use a computer to navigate various screens to process shipment, file RMA form & report and manage inventory ( improve computer & management skills ) Listen to issues, empathize and solve customer issues ( be a problem-solver ) Recommend new products or services to each customer ( make a difference for someone ) Repair customer's equipment as required ( get your feet wet ) Cooperate with other colleagues ( learn the entire daily office work ) In charge of the inventory to optimize our warehouse (l earn the entire supply chain )! What do you need to be successful at this job? Bachelor's degree is preferred Have reliable, consistent transportation to get to and from our Newark, DE location Be ready to perform electrical repairs like soldering, multimeter test. Be able to work a consistent shift from 10am to 4pm a day, then super flexible schedule for repairs.
