What You'll Do Set up, maintain, and repair overhead door systems and operators for commercial clients. Identify root causes and troubleshoot issues across different door types and controls. Provide top-tier service by communicating clearly, listening carefully, and addressing customer needs. Work to safety standards and follow company procedures on every task. Capture accurate notes for service calls, repairs, and installations. Team up with colleagues to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Stay informed on new tools, technologies, and best practices in the overhead door field. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial. Hands-on experience as an overhead door technician or in a closely related mechanical role. Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic instincts. Ability to work solo on-site and also collaborate effectively with the team. Clear, professional communication and a customer service mindset. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
