We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our premier service team! Role Overview As a Part-Time PDR Technician, you will be responsible for meticulously removing dents, dings, creases, and hail damage from both client and dealership vehicles without compromising the original factory finish. You will work closely with our Service Advisors and Pre-Owned Vehicle Managers to ensure all Mercedes-Benz vehicles meet our exacting visual standards.

Key Responsibilities Expert Repair:

Perform highly skilled paintless dent removal on a variety of luxury vehicles, ensuring no damage to the factory paint.

Vehicle Inspection:

Assess vehicles for dents and dings during intake, trade-in, or prior to final delivery, providing accurate estimates for repair time and viability.

Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with the Service and Sales departments to prioritize repairs based on delivery schedules and customer needs.

Quality Control:

Maintain the highest level of workmanship, ensuring every repaired vehicle meets Mercedes-Benz luxury standards.

Tool Maintenance:

Maintain and organize all specialized PDR tools, lighting, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation:

Properly document all completed work and communicate updates to Service Advisors.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Proven experience as a PDR Technician (experience with luxury or high-end European vehicles is highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of automotive body metals, paint finishes, and the specialized tools required for advanced dent removal. Attention to
