Job Description

We are a growing electronics refurbishment company specializing in video game consoles and gaming accessories. We buy, test, repair, refurbish, and resell thousands of gaming products each month through major online marketplaces. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Gaming Console Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair video game consoles and accessories. The ideal candidate has experience working with gaming hardware, enjoys hands-on technical work, and takes pride in restoring devices to full functionality. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gaming consoles, including: Nintendo Switch PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5 Xbox One & Xbox Series X/S Nintendo DS, 3DS, and retro gaming systems Troubleshoot power, charging, HDMI, disc drive, overheating, and connectivity issues Replace components such as: HDMI ports Cooling fans Disc drives Charging ports Joysticks and controller components Perform board-level troubleshooting and soldering when necessary Test consoles before and after repairs to verify functionality Maintain accurate repair notes and quality control records Meet productivity and quality standards in a warehouse environment Qualifications Experience repairing gaming consoles or consumer electronics Ability to diagnose hardware failures and determine root causes Experience with soldering and micro-soldering is a strong plus Familiarity with PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and retro gaming systems Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and manage repair workload efficiently Preferred Experience Console refurbishment Electronics repair Mobile phone, tablet, or laptop repair Component-level troubleshooting E-commerce refurbishment or warehouse repair environments
Pay:
$24.20 - $29.14 per hour
