Experience servicing impact window and door systems and hardware Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, including glass de-glazing and glazing Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and parts as required

Position Summary:
The Field Service Technician role is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing installed hurricane impact window and door systems at customer locations. This is a full-time opportunity earning $1,120/wk , with the tools, resources, and support needed to build a long-term career with a growing company. Core Responsibilities:
Field Service & Repairs Diagnose and repair service issues related to installed impact windows and doors Service hurricane impact window and door systems, including ES Windows, PGT, Marvin/SIW, and other manufacturers Perform adjustments, part replacements, hardware repairs, de-glazing/glazing and troubleshooting Ensure all service work meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Customer Interaction & Professionalism Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners during service visits Explain service issues, repairs performed, and next steps when applicable Represent the company in a courteous, clean, and professional manner at all times Vehicle & Inventory Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service van Manage assigned inventory of service parts and materials stored in the service vehicle Track inventory usage and notify management when parts require reordering Safeguard company tools, vehicle, and inventory assets Technology & Documentation Use company-provided iPad to update service tickets in the CRM system Document work performed accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with CSR, Project Management, and Installation teams Safety & Professionalism Follow all company safety procedures and job site rules Use tools and equipment properly and safely Maintain compliance with company policies and field service standards
