This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bicycles while helping deliver a high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities Perform bicycle repairs, tune-ups, diagnostics, and maintenance. Inspect bicycles and identify mechanical issues accurately. Recommend appropriate repairs, parts, and service options. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and service recommendations. Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe. Maintain and properly use tools, equipment, and repair supplies. Assist with basic inventory organization for parts and service materials. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to support customer needs. Stay updated on bicycle components, repair techniques, and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic or in a similar bike shop role. Strong knowledge of bicycle repair, maintenance, tools, and components. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently. Experience working with different bicycle types, brands, and models. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
