Repair Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other devices Replace batteries in phones, key fobs, watches, etc. Install car batteries and specialty batteries Cut and program automotive smart keys and key fobs

Sales Associate & Customer Service Responsibilities:

Assist customers in choosing the right lighting and battery products Explain product options clearly and professionally Offer product recommendations and explain all available services to customers
