Powersports Technician / Service & Sales Specialist High-Performance Water Sports & Electric Powersports South Florida (Broward / Fort Lauderdale) We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on technician to become the key person behind a growing high-performance powersports operation focused on: Motorized surfboards eFoils Electric motorcycles Electric skateboards Performance water sports products This is not a corporate dealership position. This is a high-responsibility, high-independence role for someone who likes solving problems, working with customers, and taking ownership. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair high-performance powersports products Work on small engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, batteries, and related components Test equipment after repairs Communicate directly with customers Create repair estimates and invoices Manage incoming service work and parts ordering Pack and ship products and parts Assist customers with product recommendations and sales Help manage online parts orders (Shopify) Answer inbound customer inquiries Help customers choose the right products and upgrades Support both service customers and new product buyers Ideal Background We care far more about real ability than formal education.

Motocross Powersports PWC / marine Motorcycle mechanics Electric vehicle service Small engine repair What We're Really Looking For A strong mechanic first Someone fast, organized, and independent Someone who can also communicate well with customers Someone comfortable recommending products and talking to people naturally A problem solver, not just a "parts replacer" This role combines: technician customer support light sales operations You do not need to be a professional salesperson, but you must be comfortable speaking with customers and helping them make buying decisions. Requirements Minimum 2 years hands-on mechanical experience Strong troubleshooting skills Comfortable working independently Good communication skills Organized and reliable Able to learn quickly and solve problems without constant supervision Huge Plus If You Have Experience With 2-stroke engines High-performance engines Electric drivetrains Lithium battery systems CAN bus / diagnostics Shopify or parts sales Customer-facing service roles Important This role is NOT for someone who: works slowly needs constant direction avoids customer interaction struggles with troubleshooting We are looking for someone proactive, efficient, and capable of taking ownership.
