Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner. Works with local business teams, technical support personnel and with customers as required on chronic security-related issues and challenges. Works with the supervisor and manager on developing and implementing process changes to improve service delivery. Runs and analyzes reports to identify chronic and system issues, taking corrective action as necessary. Communicates hardware issues and systemic problems through proper support channels for formal resolution and documentation. Provides management with timely feedback related to hardware performance, chronic management and overall service excellence processes. Provides technical expertise to Service Operations Security team members. Required Qualifications Education or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
