Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing essential equipment and systems across various operational areas. As a Technician, you will be instrumental in supporting the seamless operation of our facilities by diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and collaborating with team members to improve processes. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and technical equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes. Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in maintenance logs and reports. Assist in installing new equipment or upgrades, following detailed technical procedures. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for recurring technical problems and improve system performance. Support emergency repairs or urgent troubleshooting requests to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. Qualifications Proven experience in technical repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting within industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments. Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, or specialized equipment relevant to the role. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints with precision. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate. Effective communication skills to clearly report findings and coordinate with team members. Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical licensing, or machinery operation are highly desirable.
