Support emergency repairs or urgent troubleshooting requests to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. Qualifications Proven experience in technical repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting within industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments. Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, or specialized equipment relevant to the role. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints with precision. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate. Effective communication skills to clearly report findings and coordinate with team members. Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical licensing, or machinery operation are highly desirable.
