Full-time Palm Beach Wildlife Services is hiring a Wildlife Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining wildlife removal, problem-solving, and light construction work. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to build a long-term career with a solid team.

Responsibilities:

Inspect residential and commercial properties for wildlife activity Identify entry points and recommend effective solutions Safely trap and remove nuisance wildlife (raccoons, bats, squirrels, etc.) Perform exclusion work including sealing entry points and minor repairs Work in attics, on roofs, in crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and reliability (this is a non-negotiable role) Comfortable working outdoors in heat, confined spaces, and on ladders Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work daily Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and customer-facing skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications (not required): Construction, roofing, or handyman experience Pest control or wildlife removal experience Experience in a field service or trade-based role

Compensation and Benefits:

$20 to $27 per hour plus performance incentives High performers earn $50,000 to $70,000+ annually Company vehicle and tools provided Paid training and licensing support Opportunities for advancement
