Full Job Description What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair issues on iPhones, Androids, tablets, laptops, game consoles (PS5, Xbox), and more Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, port repairs, board-level diagnostics (a plus) Maintain accurate records of parts, repairs, and customer interactions Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist customers with questions and provide honest repair estimates Stay up to date with repair trends and new devices

Qualifications:

Prior experience in electronics or phone repair preferred Strong understanding of mobile device hardware and software Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly Soldering or board-level experience is a bonus Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-friendly Bilingual (English/Spanish or Arabic) is a plus
