We are actively hiring for 3 locations and looking for skilled, motivated Repair Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics for walk-in customers in a high-traffic retail environment. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair cell phones, tablets, and consumer electronics (screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and more) Handle warranty-based repairs on behalf of insurance providers Deliver fast, professional, and friendly customer service Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and job completion in our system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area Upsell accessories and protection plans when appropriate
