  • Part-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, ensuring that they function optimally for our customers. You will work with various operating systems, including iOS, Mac OS, and Windows, utilizing your technical expertise to provide exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with mobile phones and related devices through thorough examination and testing. Perform repairs on hardware components, including soldering and equipment repair. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to replace damaged parts and ensure proper functionality. Provide technical support to customers, guiding them through software troubleshooting processes. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on devices. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques to enhance service quality. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction. Experience Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding device layouts is essential. Experience in soldering and performing intricate repairs on electronic devices is highly desirable. Familiarity with various operating systems, particularly iOS, Mac OS, and Windows. Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
