REQUIREMENTS FOR A HVAC TECHNICIAN

Must have experience in residential HVAC for at least 1 year (2 years preferred) Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written are a must to successfully follow HHA procedures EPA Certification as well as an understanding of ethical practices in repairs and handling of refrigerant (Preferred)

OBJECTIVES OF A HVAC TECHNICIAN

Have a positive attitude and represent professionalism, these are essential in becoming a HHA team member Availability to meet demands of business and punctual attendance Working knowledge on assisting clients with questions about financing or replacement A successful HVAC technician will be able to: Pass a Criminal Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Records Check and Drug Screening Have a responsible attitude and follow all Safety regulations and guidelines At Hughes Heating & Air Conditioning we pride ourselves in having integrity in how we perform all our services, adhering to all company procedures with honesty and a great attitude.
