Requirements:
No minimum education required. Basic office experience. Experience working with QuickBooks. Phone customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Primary phone coverage. Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate in QuickBooks. Maintain office supplies and order as necessary. Maintain lists in computer. Responsible for job files for new pool construction and all cabinet jobs. Obtain necessary paperwork to file for permits for new construction of pools/screen enclosures. Scheduling with vendors for routine home maintenance and tracking of when maintenance is due. Generating purchase orders and work orders as necessary. Provide direct assistance to office manager. EOE
