Our goal is to find an individual that is willing to learn the wonderful trade of technology repair. The only real requirement is that you love to help other people! Our job is about fixing technology, yes, but the real goal is to aid those in need… to save the baby pictures off of a water damaged phone, to get the entrepreneur back in business after she breaks her tablet, to help grandma download security software to prevent those pesky viruses. But most of all we are looking for individuals that want to grow and help us grow our ever-expanding team! Dare to explore your techie side with us!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot and create repair plans for devices Provide recommendations for problem resolution Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations Keep track of all devices in-store Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store Offer and explain our warranty product to all customers (commission rewards for sales)
