This role combines hands-on technical work, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and effective customer communication. The position involves using standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service apps, with local travel to job sites. Responsibilities Perform system diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems Communicate effectively with customers to explain service issues and solutions Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for service operations Use standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service applications daily Coordinate local travel to service locations Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC service High school diploma or equivalent EPA Section 608 Certification Strong HVAC system troubleshooting and refrigeration cycle knowledge Familiarity with electrical systems related to HVAC Proven technical leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and strict adherence to safety standards Company Description Tired of being rushed, endless callbacks, bad dispatching, and driving all over South Florida?
