Handyman/Laborer- After Hours Service Technician

Join our dynamic team as a On Call Handyman/Laborer 1099 Independent Contractor and be a vital part of diverse maintenance projects! This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills across a variety of work orders, from basic repairs to full unit turns. You'll work in vacant and tenant occupied buildings, apartments, community shared spaces, buildings and support exterior maintenance if needed. Your professionalism and expertise will be a contributing factor to the successful completion of daily maintenance projects. We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering quality craftsmanship. Contractors will be required to be available for after hour work orders. Available to travel to assigned site within 1 hour of being dispatched. This is a Month-to-Month contract paid position paid Net 15. First payment will be Net 30 and thereafter contractors will be compensated Net 15 for on-call handyman work orders. Tech will be paid a fixed rate contract to complete routine maintenance and emergency maintenance work orders assigned by the community or BNB Networks.

Maintenance Technicians General Contractors Teams Professional Handyman All trades Perform general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, facility support solutions• Paid fixed rate- To completed Routine Maintenance and emergency work orders Paid fixed Net 15 or per work order for one-time jobs Paid Net 30-45 for Unit Turn Jobs "additional compensation" Community provides all materials Conduct inspections for quality assurance and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site Must have equipment and tools needed to completed assigned work orders Must be able to submit estimates within 24 hours of dispatch if requested If cannot complete job and work requires a specialist, tech shall submit a $30 service call invoice only Must be able to take on work orders after hours and on weekends as needed Must be able to complete emergency work orders and purchase supplies if needed Must have proper license and insurance to complete handyman services Technician will be required to wear a maintenance t-shirt and have a smart phone to accept digital work orders.
