About Us AZ Plumbing & Air is a fast-growing residential plumbing and HVAC company serving homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, excellent customer service, and professionalism. Position Overview The Plumbing Service Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of providing homeowners with clear explanations and solutions while delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, angle stops, hose bibs, and fixtures Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer diagnostics Troubleshoot leaks, water pressure issues, and plumbing system failures Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Complete service tickets, estimates, and job documentation Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Follow Florida plumbing codes and company safety procedures Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Qualifications 3+ years residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and residential service plumbing Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses and commission opportunities Company vehicle provided Paid training Paid holidays and PTO Uniforms provided Growth opportunities within the company
