Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable mobile devices, accessories, and service plans. Perform diagnostics on mobile devices to identify issues related to hardware or software. Conduct repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices using hand tools and soldering techniques when necessary. Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and software applications to resolve technical problems. Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately repair computer hardware and mobile devices. Provide technical support and field service for device repairs both in-store and at customer locations when required. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken to ensure quality control. Qualifications Proven experience with mobile device repair, including soldering and equipment repair techniques. Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and related software troubleshooting. Familiarity with computer hardware components and the use of hand tools for repairs. Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex problems. Prior retail sales experience is a plus, especially in electronics or technology products. Strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers understand their devices and solutions.
