The ideal candidate will hold a CET license and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, as they will be directly responsible to oversee and lead a team of 7 to 10 Elevator Service Technicians across the region. This position is essential to ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Focused on quality and safety, we provide a beautiful custom product to contractors and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Helps conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage technician training and development. Helps coordinate team schedules to meet client demands while minimizing downtime and act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively, while also handling escalations in order to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Helps oversee daily field service operations, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues and be available to respond to urgent operational needs as required. Assists all technicians comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Helps monitor work quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions when necessary. Regular travel within the North East region to visit job sites, meet with technicians, and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
Must hold a current CET (Certified Elevator Technician) license Must have a strong knowledge of elevator systems, diagnostics, and repair processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills along with proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians. Ability to use relevant tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to travel regularly within the region. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We welcome veterans! Pay:
