We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for our multi-family property in Winter Garden, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the residential maintenance field. The Service Technician responds to service work orders, performs pressure washing duties, grounds keeping, and other tasks to assist the Service Manager in the performance of their duties. Two years' prior maintenance experience required (e.g. basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry) with preference giving to candidates with multi-family maintenance experience. Universal EPA Certification highly preferred! Possession of current, valid driver's license. Familiarity and concern for work-safety program. Willingness to work in other areas, i.e., AC, painting, maintenance, etc. Ability to work on-call after hours. Physical Demands Ability to continuously stand or walk. Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
