Repair Technician / Sales Associate

At uBreakiFix by Asurion, we're looking for a Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team. We specialize in repairing electronics including smartphones, game consoles, tablets, and computers. We're a fast-paced, customer-oriented workplace, and we're looking for someone who has a passion for electronics, enjoys working with people, and excels at problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various electronic devices Assisting customers with finding the best solutions for their device issues Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Working efficiently to minimize customer wait time while maintaining excellent customer service Inventory management, and upholding store visual standards Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets Attending team meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge on different models and repairs Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of store

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred Knowledge of electronic devices and operating systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
