Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify issues
• Provide technical support to customers in person, over the phone, or via email
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and labor performed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Assist with retail sales of electronic devices and accessories

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in electronics repair or related field preferred
• Strong technical skills and ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
