Job Description
Job Summary CPR Cell Phone Repair is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices while providing exceptional customer service. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and helping customers, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and other hardware repairs. Troubleshoot software issues and perform device resets, updates, and data transfers. Explain repair options, pricing, and timelines to customers. Maintain accurate repair records and customer information. Ensure repairs meet company quality standards. Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts. Assist customers with device protection products and accessories. Meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Previous experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or consumer electronics required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and repair software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Skills Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other major device brands. Knowledge of microsoldering (a plus but not required). Sales or retail experience.
