Job Description
Electronics Repair Technician We are looking for a motivated and dependable Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on repair experience who takes pride in quality work, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to continue developing their technical skills. We welcome applicants ranging from entry-level technicians with basic repair knowledge to experienced technicians capable of advanced diagnostics and repair. As a locally owned and operated business, we value hard work, reliability, and customer service. Starting pay is based on experience and technical skill level, with higher starting pay available for technicians experienced in repairing multiple device types, advanced diagnostics, software troubleshooting, or board-level repairs. •Please come in to the store to fill out an application. •Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, and other common repairs Test devices to ensure repairs meet quality standards Assist customers with repair options and technical questions Maintain an organized and efficient work area Minimum Requirements Previous electronics repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Communication and customer service skills Additional Skills a Plus Software troubleshooting and operating system experience Data transfers, backups, and device setup Microsoldering or board-level repair experience Retail or customer service experience Fluent in Spanish What We Offer Full Time Hours with compensation of $15-$20/hr based on experience Opportunities for pay increases as skills and responsibilities grow Stable, year-round employment Hands-on experience with a wide variety of devices and technologies A supportive, locally owned work environment We are willing to train the right candidate who has basic repair knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in technology.
